This can happen to everyone – the user forgot the password for the Google Play account. Of course, a logical question arises – what to do in such a situation? Need to recover password.
If you or someone else deleted the Google account from the settings of your device, then when you enter Google Play you will see something like this:
Do not despair. As it was written in the article about registering an account, Google Play uses a single account that can be used in other Google services, including Gmail. If you know your Gmail username and password, then, in fact, the exit is in front of you – use this data to enter your account.
If you don’t remember the password at all, including the password from other Google services, then you will need to restore it. To do this, go to the Google account recovery page (google.com/accounts/recovery/). You will see a window that says “Problems logging in?”.
Select “I don’t remember the password”, add an email address (login from your Google Play account) and follow the instructions of the system that will help you recover your password.
